It's the god, or lord. Whatever your religion is, your god is always in your heart.

I know most of people saying that the Chinese believes in multiple-god religion. And the Chinese also prefers to claim real or fictitious people as "god", such as Wen, Tien-Xian (1236  ~ 1283), a prime minister in Sung dynasty.
